Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase from Silvertree Interiors. However, if you change your mind and wish to return an item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be in a resalable condition, meaning they must not have been assembled, used, damaged, or altered in any way.

You are responsible for arranging and paying for the safe return of the item.

Please allow 8–10 working days for your refund to be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

All returned items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
We are unable to accept returns where these requirements have not been met.

If preferred, we can arrange collection of your return. The cost of collection will be deducted from your refund and can range from approximately £5 to £130, depending on the size and weight of the item.

Alternatively, you may arrange your own return. Please note that the item remains your responsibility until it has been safely received by us. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service and retaining proof of postage.

We cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit. Please ensure products are securely packaged in their original packaging to prevent damage and ensure they are returned in a resalable condition.

We cannot accept returns without the original packaging.

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order.


ITEMS THAT ARRIVE FAULTY OR DAMAGED

Small & Standard Items

Upon receipt of your delivery, please inspect your items for any damage or discrepancies. If you identify an issue, please contact us via our Contact Us page or email info@silvertree-interiors.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us assess the issue, please provide photographs of any damage or quality concerns where possible. Please also retain all original packaging, as this may be required to process your claim or return.

Damage or discrepancy claims for small and standard items reported after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Large Furniture & Two-Man Delivery Items

If a large furniture item or two-man delivery item arrives damaged, do not sign for the delivery. Instead, reject the item and inform the delivery driver that it has arrived damaged.

The item will be returned to us so that we can investigate and arrange a replacement or suitable resolution as quickly as possible.

Once a large furniture item has been signed for and accepted, we are unable to accept claims or returns relating to transit damage.
