Returns Information
We hope you are happy with your purchase from Silvertree Interiors however should you simply change your mind and wish to return your item then you will need to inform us within 14 days of the item being received and signed for.
Returned items must be in a resealable condition (i.e not partly or fully assembled, or incurred any damage) and you are responsible for the safe return of the item including cost of postage.
Please allow 8-10 days for the refund to be processed once we have received the item.
All items for returning must be unused and in their original packaging. We will not be able to accept any return without these requirements being met.
We can arrange collection of the item being returned, the cost of this will then be deducted from your refund - please note this can range from anything between £5-£100 depending on the size and weight of the item.
Alternatively you can arrange for the transportation of the item back to us, the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they are received back to us, therefore we recommend you use a registered, insured postal service and retain proof of postage. We are not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit. Please ensure the product is packaged in it's original packaging to avoid any damage during transport back to us, so that the product arrives back in a resalable condition.
We will not accept returns without the original packaging.
ITEMS THAT ARRIVE FAULTY/DAMAGED
If an item is faulty, damaged, defective or delivered to you in error don't worry: we will do everything in our power to put things right.
On receipt of your delivery, you must inspect your items for any damages or discrepancies - if there is an issue with the product please contact us using the contact us page or email info@silvertree-interiors.co.uk in the first instance. All damages and discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours and we would appreciate if you could photograph any damage or quality issues and email relevant photographs. This will help us see the issue and allow us to offer advice if needed and identify any product issues. Please also ensure that you keep any original packaging as this will be required.
If you receive a large or two-man furniture delivery item that appears damaged, please do not sign for it. Instead, kindly reject the item so that our delivery drivers can return it to us. Once the item has been signed for, we will be unable to accept returns related to damage.
If damage is reported 30 days after the point of delivery, we will request additional information and images. Upon assessing the damage, we reserve the right to proceed with a repair of the item if it is determined to be a fault of the item and not accidental damage.
