DISPATCH POLICY
While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. Goods are normally delivered within 15 Working days. All deliveries for large items are booked in 48 hrs before (Mon-Fri). If we are unable to deliver your order within the stated 15 working days we will contact you via e-mail with an estimated dispatch date. We aim to fulfill all orders within the delivery period set out in the product description unless there are circumstances beyond our control that prevent us from doing so. Deliveries can sometimes be delayed by weather conditions, technology issues, spikes in shipment delivery volumes etc. .
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-Orders have an estimated in stock date written on the description of the particular item, its important you read and accept the item will arrive around this date and then be despatched to you. The estimated arrival date is subject to change at any time due to supplier issues.
