DISPATCH POLICY
We aim to dispatch all items within approximately 15 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product listing. Delivery times may vary due to stock availability, supplier delays, weather conditions, or courier issues.
Large item deliveries are typically booked 48 hours in advance (Monday–Friday). If delays occur, we will contact you with an updated timeframe.
FAILED DELIVERY
If delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to the customer being unavailable, inadequate access, insufficient doorway or opening dimensions, or any other customer-related issue, a failed delivery charge may be applied. This charge covers the costs incurred for the unsuccessful delivery attempt and any subsequent redelivery arrangements.
RETURNS POLICY
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order, after the 14 days have passed we cannot accept the return.
Items must be unused, unassembled, and returned in their original packaging in a resalable condition. You are responsible for the cost and safe return of the goods.
We can arrange collection if required, with the cost deducted from your refund (typically £5–£130 depending on size and weight).
Alternatively, you may return items using your own insured and tracked courier. Goods remain your responsibility until received by us.
Refunds will be processed within 8–10 working days of receipt and inspection of the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Small & Standard Items
Please inspect all items upon delivery. Any damage or discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Please include photographs where possible and retain all original packaging.
Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Large Furniture & Two-Man Deliveries
If an item arrives damaged, do not sign for the delivery. Reject the item so it can be returned to us via the courier.
Once an item has been signed for and accepted, we are unable to accept claims relating to transit damage.
GENERAL
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between us and supersede any prior agreements or representations.
If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
You may not reproduce or exploit any part of this website without our written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
