With over 1,500 exclusive, handpicked furniture and home furnishings available to you to choose from we have partnered with a selection of couriers including DPD, UPS, DX, Pinnacle and Parcelforce to ensure we get your order to you as quickly and as safely as possible.

Despatched within 3 days of your order being placed, please allow 3-5 working days for your item to arrive unless stated different on the product description.
Delivery is £1.99 if your order is under £50 on certain items,
Your order will be delivered to your doorstep and you will be responsible for taking the item into your home and unboxing.
Please ensure you thoroughly check the item upon delivery in case there is a problem with the item as this needs to be reported to Silvertree Interiors within 48 hours.


2 Man Delivery: Certain products require a 2 man delivery service, due to the nature of the product or size of the product. Our delivery partner will contact you once it's arrived at your local depot to arrange a delivery time that works best for you. We are currently experiencing a 2-4 week delivery time from the time of order.
Please note no changes can be made one your order has been despatched.
Please ensure you thoroughly check the item upon delivery in case there is a problem with the item as this needs to be reported to Silvertree Interiors within 48 hours.

Silvertree Interiors may use a 3rd party delivery company to deliver your goods to the address specified. We may send information that you have provided to a 3rd party to assist with the order. This will include addresses, email addresses and telephone numbers and they type of goods. Please ensure we are supplied with precise information. Once the goods have been passed to the 3rd party then Silvertree Interiors will be unable to affect the delivery time.
Please note some items may be delivered separately and in non branded Silvertree Packaging due to some products being delivered directly by our supplier.
Delivery times maybe indicated in tracking notifications sent to you by the 3rd party and it is your responsibility to communicate any potential issues with the delivery company. Silvertree Interiors will in no way be held responsible for any delivery delays that arise of once in the hands of the 3rd party. Please ensure that you provide a safe and clean environment for the delivery company.
