  • Do you have a physical store?
    No we are an online store only - however watch this space as a showroom could be in the pipeline!

  • Is the furniture flat packed?
    The majority of our ranges are pre-assembled, however there are a few items that do arrive flat packed, please contact us to find out before ordering and we will be able to inform you.

  • Can I place a pre-order for products out of stock?
    Yes! Please contact us to place a pre-order.

  • How do I place an order?
    You can place an order directly through our secure website using any payment method provided.

  • How can I contact you?
    Please see the dedicated contact us page, leave your email or telephone number and we will get back to you as soon as possible, alternatively email info@silvertree-interiors.co.uk

  • Where is my order and how long until delivery?
    Please see the delivery page for all delivery queries, if you still have a delivery question please email info@silvertree-interiors.co.uk
  • I’m not going to be in on my allocated delivery day, what do I do?
    We advise you to email us if you know you will not be in to accept delivery. We can get in touch with the carrier and advise them of your delivery instructions/requirements. Our courier will contact you prior to delivery with a date/time for you to accept or reject, so you’ll know in advance whether or not anyone will be in to accept delivery.
  • I’ve missed my delivery, How do I re-arrange?
    You can either call or email us directly and we can assist you with re-arranging delivery with our couriers.
  • Do you ship internationally? 
    Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally only to UK Mainland.
  • My promo code is not working, what do I do?
    Please check the terms of the promo code, if the code is still not working please contact us.
  • Can I use multiple codes?
    No, unfortunately you can’t.

  • Where can I find out what the dimensions are for products?
    If you search for your item, it will show the dimensions in the product information. If for any reason the dimensions aren’t there please contact us.
  •  What happens if I receive a damaged/faulty/incorrect item?
    If you have received something damaged, faulty etc, please contact us at info@silvertree-interiors.co.uk within 48 hours, it would beneficial if you could attach images of the damage.
    If you receive a large or two-man furniture delivery item that appears damaged, please do not sign for it. Instead, kindly reject the item so that our delivery drivers can return it to us. Once the item has been signed for, we will be unable to accept returns related to damage.
