    No we are an online store only - however watch this space as a showroom could be in the pipeline!

  • Are you VAT registered?
    Not yet.

  • Where are you based?
    We are based in the UK and can only ship to England, Wales & Scotland at this time.

  • Is the furniture flat packed?
    The majority of our ranges are pre-assembled, however there are a few items that do arrive flat packed, please contact us to find out before ordering and we will be able to inform you.

  • Can I place a pre-order for products out of stock?
    Yes! Please contact us to place a pre-order.

  • How do I place an order?
    You can place an order directly through our secure website using any payment method provided.

  • How can I contact you?

  • Where is my order and how long until delivery?

  • I’m not going to be in on my allocated delivery day, what do I do?
    We advise you to email us if you know you will not be in to accept delivery. We can get in touch with the carrier and advise them of your delivery instructions/requirements. Our courier will contact you prior to delivery with a date/time for you to accept or reject, so you’ll know in advance whether or not anyone will be in to accept delivery.
  • I’ve missed my delivery, How do I re-arrange?
    You can either call or email us directly and we can assist you with re-arranging delivery with our couriers.
  • Do you ship internationally? 
    Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally only to UK Mainland.
  • My promo code is not working, what do I do?
    Please check the terms of the promo code, if the code is still not working please contact us.
  • Can I use multiple codes?
    No, unfortunately you can’t.

  • Where can I find out what the dimensions are for products?
    If you search for your item, it will show the dimensions in the product information. If for any reason the dimensions aren’t there please contact us.
  •  What happens if I receive a damaged/faulty/incorrect item?
    If you have received something damaged, faulty etc, please contact us at info@silvertree-interiors.co.uk within 48 hours, it would beneficial if you could attach images of the damage.
    If you receive a large or two-man furniture delivery item that appears damaged, please do not sign for it. Instead, kindly reject the item so that our delivery drivers can return it to us. Once the item has been signed for, we will be unable to accept returns related to damage.

Delivery Info

We have partnered with a selection of couriers including DPD, UPS, DX, Pinnacle and Parcelforce to ensure we get your order to you as quickly and as safely as possible.

Please note: we can only deliver to UK Mainland (excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & the Highlands)

STANDARD ITEM DELIVERY  
Dispatched within 3 days of your order being placed, please allow 3-5 working days for your item to arrive unless stated different on the product description.
Delivery is £1.99 if your order is under £50 on certain items,
Your order will be delivered to your doorstep and you will be responsible for taking the item into your home and unboxing.
Please ensure you thoroughly check the item upon delivery in case there is a problem with the item as this needs to be reported to Silvertree Interiors within 48 hours.

LARGE ITEM DELIVERY (Furniture)
2 Person Delivery: Certain products require a 2 person delivery service, due to the nature of the product or size of the product. Our delivery partner will contact you to arrange a delivery time that works best for you. We are currently experiencing a 3-4 week delivery time from the time of order.
Please note no changes can be made one your order has been dispatched.

Our two person delivery partner will propose a planned delivery slot, you have the option to reject or accept the slot. When accepting a delivery slot with them, you must ensure that you are available and have enough time to fully check over the goods during delivery.
All items must be checked upon delivery, and the drivers will assist you in opening the goods.
The drivers are unable to complete the delivery without the items being checked over and signed for.

If you find any reason for dissatisfaction with the goods, please do not sign for or accept the item. Instead, kindly reject the goods upon delivery, so that our drivers can return the order to us.
Please note that this is the only method through which we can process returns for damaged items. Once the item has been signed for, we regret that we are unable to accept any returns for damage-related issues.

DISCLAIMER
Silvertree Interiors may use a 3rd party logistics company to deliver your goods to the address specified. We may send information that you have provided to a 3rd party to assist with the order. This will include addresses, email addresses and telephone numbers and the type of goods. Please ensure we are supplied with precise information. Once the goods have been passed to the 3rd party then Silvertree Interiors will be unable to affect the delivery time.
Please note some items may be delivered separately and in non branded Silvertree Packaging due to some products being delivered directly by our supplier.
Delivery times maybe indicated in tracking notifications sent to you by the 3rd party and it is your responsibility to communicate any potential issues with the delivery company. Silvertree Interiors will in no way be held responsible for any delivery delays that arise of once in the hands of the 3rd party. Please ensure that you provide a safe and clean environment for the delivery company.

Returns Information

Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase from Silvertree Interiors. However, if you change your mind and wish to return an item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be in a resalable condition, meaning they must not have been assembled, used, damaged, or altered in any way.

You are responsible for arranging and paying for the safe return of the item.

Please allow 8–10 working days for your refund to be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

All returned items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
We are unable to accept returns where these requirements have not been met.

If preferred, we can arrange collection of your return. The cost of collection will be deducted from your refund and can range from approximately £5 to £130, depending on the size and weight of the item.

Alternatively, you may arrange your own return. Please note that the item remains your responsibility until it has been safely received by us. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service and retaining proof of postage.

We cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit. Please ensure products are securely packaged in their original packaging to prevent damage and ensure they are returned in a resalable condition.

We cannot accept returns without the original packaging.

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order.


ITEMS THAT ARRIVE FAULTY OR DAMAGED

Small & Standard Items

Upon receipt of your delivery, please inspect your items for any damage or discrepancies. If you identify an issue, please contact us via our Contact Us page or email info@silvertree-interiors.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us assess the issue, please provide photographs of any damage or quality concerns where possible. Please also retain all original packaging, as this may be required to process your claim or return.

Damage or discrepancy claims for small and standard items reported after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Large Furniture & Two-Man Delivery Items

If a large furniture item or two-man delivery item arrives damaged, do not sign for the delivery. Instead, reject the item and inform the delivery driver that it has arrived damaged.

The item will be returned to us so that we can investigate and arrange a replacement or suitable resolution as quickly as possible.

Once a large furniture item has been signed for and accepted, we are unable to accept claims or returns relating to transit damage.
